Our Philosophy
At Serenity Skin, we believe good skin care starts with understanding the whole person. Led by Dr Caitlin, our clinic brings medical skin care, laser and light treatments, dermal therapies and refined aesthetics together in one place. Every new journey begins with a detailed consultation and skin assessment, allowing us to understand your concerns, medical history, lifestyle, skin health and personal goals before recommending a plan.
Our aim is to provide thorough, honest and personalised skin care closer to home for people in Townsville and across regional North Queensland. We support patients through assessment, treatment and follow-up, while working collaboratively and recommending specialist dermatologist care when it is needed.

People living across regional North Queensland should not always have to face lengthy waits or travel many hours to access comprehensive skin care. Serenity Skin was created in Townsville to help bridge the gap between general practice and specialist dermatology, providing medical skin care, procedures, laser treatments and aesthetic care closer to home.
We welcome patients from across North Queensland, including communities north of Townsville, south to Mackay, west to Mount Isa and beyond. In-person care is available at our Townsville clinic, with telehealth offered where clinically appropriate.
